We want you to love your home as much as we do, which is why we offer a 60-day return window for most items. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we will provide a full refund or exchange to ensure your space feels just right.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to start the process and select the items you wish to send back.

  Print Your Label

  Once your request is submitted, we will email you a prepaid UPS shipping label to download and print at your convenience.

• 3.
  Pack Your Items

  Securely place the items in their original packaging or a sturdy box and attach the prepaid shipping label to the outside of the package.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Refund

  Take your package to any authorized UPS location; once received at our warehouse, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 10-14 business days.
